"Be careful…"

We booked our dream trip to our nations capital in December of 2025 for mid-June. The hotel canceled our reservation via email on June 3rd. We learned they don’t collect phone numbers so they have no other way to reach you. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t see the email and made our way to the hotel only to be given the bad news. Not to worry, they offered us 20% off our next stay. I emailed them with my concerns about this (as they suggested) and I’ve been ignored. Apparently, you’re expendable to them when they’re busy. Hotel Washington - get phone numbers and call! You’re welcome.

"Above and Beyond Hospitality!"

I would absolutely recommend Hotel Washington. Amanual went above and beyond to help us during an unexpected travel situation. A first time traveler in our group had her flight cancelled and needed to stay overnight, and Amanual was incredibly kind, responsive, and reassuring. He personally followed up with her, made sure she understood the hotel restaurant hours, and confirmed she could charge her meal to the room so she was taken care of. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation feel much easier, and I’m so grateful for the support. Thank you, Amanual, for your kindness and excellent hospitality!

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική και πολύ βολική για τις μετακινήσεις μας. Επίσης, η υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν Mary ήταν ευγενική, επαγγελματίας και μας εξυπηρέτησε άψογα.

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στη ρεσεψιόν δεν ήταν θετική στην αρχή, καθώς ο πρώτος υπάλληλος που μας εξυπηρέτησε είχε ειρωνική συμπεριφορά. Το θέμα λύθηκε όταν ζητήσαμε να μας εξυπηρετήσει άλλος υπάλληλος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν απλώς ικανοποιητικό, χωρίς κάτι ιδιαίτερο.
