Maybe the location, it was close to the metro station.

We were assigned a room directly adjacent to an active construction zone within the hotel, despite numerous available rooms being visible on Booking.com throughout our stay. This lack of consideration for guests is highly unprofessional. A persistent, unpleasant odor from the bathroom drains was noticeable throughout our time in the room, making for a very uncomfortable experience. The breakfast was disappointing overall, with none of the options being particularly enjoyable or flavorful. A key reason I selected this hotel was its advertised car parking facility. However, upon arrival, we were repeatedly told the underground parking lot was full — on multiple occasions across different days — despite being able to visually confirm available spaces, as the garage is accessible from within the hotel. This was misleading and frustrating.
