Boat Haus - Casas Flotantes frente a Gibraltar

We booked very last minute and everything was perfect. There was a bike to use & the parking was free. There was everything you needed & added bonus was 1972 restaurant that did take aways & even delivered it to your boat.. Lovely sunset from the roof patio.

The only problem was the double bed was very uncomfortable, but what you would expect from a caravan or mobile home equivalent.

Location great for visiting family in Linea

Internet very poor, electricity tripped 4 times, main door automatic lock kept activating every 10 minutes all night long, which was disturbing, air conditioning unit constant dripping noise. Bathroom toilet smell, lose toilet seat and shower not very clean, grime around shower screen & washbasin . Kitchen cabinet was dust. We are sure when the houseboats were new they were lovely but it looked very tired. TLC much needed

Localização excelente, funcionários 5 estrelas: simpáticos e prestáveis! As casas eram fantásticas com todas as comodidades necessárias! O bar 1972 é fantástico com boas opções de comida e bebida com o bónus da simpatia de quem nos atende! Recomendo a experiência e gostava muito de voltar!

Im Nachbarboothaus, welches nur 1 m Abstand hat, war eine Familie mit 3 großen Kinder. Die waren unmöglich, laut, frech, haben vom Boot aus am Liegeplatz gefischt , und die Fischreste in offener Tüte draußen liegen gehabt. Das sollte unterbunden werden.

This is the perfect location for visiting Gibraltar or La Linea, it is also only a short taxi ride to the ferries for Ceuta or Tangiers. The boats are small but very comfortable, the rooftop decks relaxing, the basic kitchen very useful and the bathroom; although small; is perfectly functional. 1972 (bar & kitchen) is a great addition with a reasonable selection of food and drink. Complimentary bicycles is a lovely touch and very useful. Free car parking a bonus. I've stayed in higher rated accommodation elsewher on this holiday but my best sleep was at the Boat Haus.

Bathrooms are a little small - otherwise the Boat Haus greatly exceeded my expectations.
