Perfect. This is a very nice service apartment with the highest standard in Maputo to the best of my knowledge. Located in a convenient and safe area with a nice grocery store Lokal on the ground floor. A security guard is always stationed in front of the building which makes you feel secure. Their room is spacious, super clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. On top of it, the view from the balcony is great, especially for enjoying the twilight. The wifi is constant. Laundry service is included in the room rate, which is amazing. I like that the shower space is perfectly separated from the rest of the bathroom; it is often the case that water from the shower tends to leak BUT I never had such experiences at this property. The manager is lovely and attentive. She made me feel at home as well as secure.

Nothing particular. The hot shower is constant enough but it could be better if the shower head is a little bit bigger.

Excellent, convenient location. Basic IKEA comfortable furnishings. Pleasant managers but they are available only M-F and gave a cursory review of the unit and property. Unfortunately, strapping and cement loosened on the balcony ceiling and fell off. I was unable to use the balcony for 2 days. It was unnerving.

The apartment was amazing. Comfortable with a great view and wonderful staff.
