El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente, a 10 minutos de la estación principal de Kyoto, el personal nos atendió de maravilla y las habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda, descansamos de maravilla.

La limpieza en general fue muy buena, pero hubo un par de cosas puntuales que nos dejaron un poco de mal sabor de boca, aunque nada relevante.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean comfortable. Washing machines and dryers downstairs. Lovely kitchette with lots of cups bowls ect. Very quiet not far from train station . Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Communication beforehand was excellent, and the luggage forwarding service was handled very efficiently.

While the room was spacious, it had a lingering food smell that didn’t go away even with constant airing. Although the property is located near the station, keep in mind that it’s still about a 15-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception had a rather unpleasant attitude and seemed annoyed by any questions we asked.
