The position of the apartments was very good and close to the city. The underground car park has very big parking spots and easy access. The bed was very comfortable.

The room needs to have a face lift. The kitchen cupboards are falling apart, and some are hard to open. The bench/ table in the kitchen has two stools seating under it, and the bench itself is very rickety, and if you move to two stools, the table nearly falls over. The shower tiled floor is very dangerous because it is very slippery when wet or dry. The tile is not for a shower they are wall tiles, not floor tiles. There is a cabinet on the wall in the bathroom/laundry, which has very sharp corners, and you have to be very careful when you stand up when getting off the toilet that you don't hit your head on the corner if the cabinet.
