Watch out, we had a problem with their booking system, we called right away so that they fix it, they promised they will. Next day we called for the resolution, they changed the version and refused. We, then asked to talk with the manager (Cynthia, Sangeeta, Annie) they did not do anything, and kept playing around, then we had no choice other than contacting the general manager named: Vinny, of this hotel since managers did not want to help at all. They did not bother answering at all, that was their strategy: ghosting the client. Be aware of this specific hotel management tricks, they take your money and won't answer you.

The most outstanding part of the hotel was definitely the staff. The young woman who checked us in and was working later that evening when we returned from our event made our evening. Thank you to everyone at the Quality Inn

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Zum Frühstück gab es neben Bagels und Toast auch warme Speisen, Kaffee war sehr gut.
