The front staff were very disrespectful on the phone and when checking in.

I liked nothing because I didn't stayed. They tried to take extra money from account. Because the funds were not there, my reservation got cancelled. I am soooooooooo highly pissed. Then booking. Com took $108 from my account.😞😞😞😞😞

Staff was unprofessional, speaking to us as if we were stupid. We arrived after checkin time and room was not ready until 6:15. We were offered a free drink for the inconvenience but were ignored. Weird odor in room

I called the property before booking to ask if the restaurant was going to be open on Thanksgiving night. Because I wanted to make sure I could eat when I arrived and they said “yes, it will be open 6-9,” I responded “great, because I want to make sure I can eat after a 10 hour drive on a holiday.” Upon arrival, “the kitchen isn’t open because of the holiday” I asked “where can I get food” response “I don’t know.” Walked around and found Hanabi open thankfully. I had also informed them that I had a registered service dog who I need prior to arrival, which was fine at arrival but in the morning the staff (Tanya) wouldn’t let me in the door after they should have seen us walking and knew we were staying there. When we got in and then tried to order breakfast since the kitchen was finally open, the person would not go near me saying that she is scared of dogs. He lay down and she came to take our order, but tried to tell us we had to take our food to go, because “see the sign” the sign read “only service dogs allowed” I read the sign to her. She told us to move to the other side near the door, which is very upsetting since we shouldn’t be told where we can and can’t sit and then of course when an employee was pounding on the door to get in my dog barked to protect us from someone trying to break in. Then Tanya says “see, that’s why I am scared,” very I told you so attitude. I have MS and it isn’t appreciated every time someone questions me or my dog and treats us negatively. Definitely won’t stay here again since the staff is not trained how to appropriately treat people with service dogs(with disabilities), like everyone else.
