Days Inn by Wyndham Salisbury

Este lugar es un total desastres , cuarto con pelos de personas en el baño , cucarachas pequeñas , puertas con pobre seguridad y/o rotas . Olor a cigarrillo, mi hijo y yo no pudimos dormir. Tuve que solicitar un rembolso.

Very bad experience, breakfast not provided

Dirty towel, no tissue, TV is not working, Bed has dead bugs underneath the sheets, fly trap attached to ceiling, bathroom door does not close, no cloth hangers in the room, room smells very bad and need a serious deep Lysol cleaning, pop some popcorns and still can not get rid of the smell. No breakfast even though I paid for it ( false advertising ). And the worst of all is not poor customer service but zero customer service at all. Address the TV issue to the front desk ( need some distractions from all the problems ) but he told me he just got on shift and there is nothing he can do about it. The only plus side I can think of are the hot shower and the microwave still work!

Nothing i didn't even stay because the room was smelling so badly,I requested a refund the person at the desk gave me receipt said that I will get my refund in 48 hours but I never received it,its seven days already

There is no breakfast

Room was Very dirty and smells. Towels were not cleaned. Doors and walls were banged and patched. No clean in service and not even a broom in the room.

I couldn’t stay there.

Horrible!!! Do Not Stay! Room had a heavy smoke smell in it though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Filthy towels, Broken knob on bathroom door. Tub wouldn't drain. Bathroom stank of urine and the list goes on.The real aggravation was that the front desk person could have cared less about our complaints! They said they couldn't call the manager because their phone was broken??? They advertised a pool and free breakfast but had neither. Blatent false advertising! But safety was the big issue! We left for supper and came back to the deadbolt door latch having fallen across our door and barricading us from getting in to our room ! Had to wait for someone to come let us in to get our belongings for that was the last straw, we left! Come home and I read a review from recently that described the same thing happening to them with the deadbolt. They were barricaded out of their room too. But they peeked in and were sure that they could hear their Tv playing which they had turned off! It looked like they could see a shadow of someone in their room! This is CREEPY! This hotel needs investigated ASA

Extremely disgusting room. Walls, floors, sheets, towels were all dirty/stained. Asked for our room to be cleaned and get new sheets/towels before the 3 day mark and it was not done. Also, no breakfast even though the site says there is.
