Found a cockroach in the shower
AUWell situated close to SouthBank and Gabba. Bathroom clean renovated. The bed was huge and with new clean fresh sheets
The apartment 305 was very tired and in need of renovation there were chips in bench tops and lifting vinyl in places. The carpet was clean but rippling. Paint was faded and dull. It located on the top of a hill so not for mobility challenged. Our room had view though other buildings.

The room was a bit tired. Appreciate the price was impacted by 2nd Test Match clash but no way would I be paying £140 for a room like this or to stay for more than one night.

The room did not have a very pleasant smell when I arrived, which I believe came from the carpet. The lighting in the room was quite dim, and it was noticeable that the room is older. Overall, these factors slightly affected my comfort during the stay.
