Fox Ridge Resort

The room was big. And the staff was so nice! Breakfast was ok.

We had a room with a loft. The railing however was extremely wobbly and not safe for small children. The bathroom still had hair on the floor when checking in. And the air vents were EXTREMELY DIRTY! The outdoor pool was closed and had no water in it.

The location of the property is beautiful. My kids also enjoyed the indoor pool.

We booked because of the amenities, but the outdoor pool wasn’t open and it does not look like it will be opening anytime soon, there is a sign on the game room saying it is closed and to keep the door shut, and the mini golf course is literally falling apart. The outdoor pool wasn’t open most disappointing, it is advertised on the website and I would have expected the pool to be open when we stayed the end of June and the weather was over 90 every day. The amenities advertised were not what was delivered yet we still had to pay the 20/day resort fee.

Breakfast was good and consistent . Location was great. With a little upkeep, the overall facility would be wonderful

The outdoor garbage cans were not picked up for several days and looked bad for the overall appearance. The halls could use a vacuum more often.

Location

1. Dirty, dirty, dirty- pretty sure the sheets weren’t changed before we got here because they literally smelled like someone’s BO. 2. We used the outdoor pool, and then it was closed the next day for “concerning need to shock the water” 3. The indoor pool is not similar to the pictures, neither is the mini golf. The bricks are falling apart and it is dirty. 4. We found a bug in our bed after we came back from a day out. 5. No daily cleaning services, and I got insulted when I asked for additional towels and trash bags because you need to take your own trash out. 6. The playground is not similar to the pictures. 7. The morning bfast team works like crazy and are really nice. 8. The room has an air hockey table and 3 machines- one non working. 9. Very pricey, especially for lack of cleanliness. We saw other people check out early due to cleanliness and others complain, so doesn’t seem like a one off for us.

Location was near everything so we didn't have to drive far to go anywhere.

The outdoor pool could use a little update.

Location. Room size. Pools. Free coffee all day and breakfast

Changing noise time. Stricter noise/screaming enforcement in the indoor pool area

Location was excellent, really enjoyed the view from our room. The price was very reasonable. Also the staff were very nice and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool, playground and really the entire property

Whole resort is a bit out dated and in need of some TLC

The hotel installation are not well maintained the garden was just grass the pool all damage the chair very old. They mini golf all destroyed. I do not recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The breakfast terrible not good option . The pool indoor and outdoor damage not well maintained the mini golf it was not maintained either very disappointed and our room smell not good .
