Bed was uncomfortable and what sounded like a huge furnace running all night

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was cold. The bathroom toilet needed updating. Toilet was too low.

Great stay! Beautiful scenery, awesome room with a jacuzzi tub that was complimentary. I would highly recommend!

It was great! Kids loved the pool (the pool room could use some ventilation). Breakfast was great!

The room was fine over all with a great view of the mountains and location was perfect.

Breakfast could be better (ended up going out for breakfast both days). The hot tub was this not working from the last time I was there in January.

Rooms were comfortable and had most conveniences.

Breakfast offering was sparse, not high quality. Food ran out before 9:30. Jacuzzi was not working.

The entire place is run down and so dirty, guests running around barefoot, showing up for breakfast in PJ’s and shoe less, and this is the adults, pool had a black line of filth around it, hot tub broken, shower is so hard to turn on, receptionist said “yeah, not sure why the company did that, you need to have the knack for sure” great! Bed was uncomfortable, pillow rock hard, and a heavy musk smell, slept 3 hours, there’s so many choices in this area, please don’t let this be your opinion, you get what you pay for, couldn’t wait to get out of dodge and return home to scrub myself down, I actually considered using bleach, yes it’s that bad.

Location

Room was filthy dirty. Pool was dirty, hot tub was nonfunctioning. Pillows smelled moldy. There was black mold in the bathroom. The rugs were dirty and tore up. There was a big hole in the wall just above the heating unit and the ceiling vents were caked with dust and dirt, dust all over the fire alarm in the sleeping area.
