"Met my needs to sleep overnight and catch early morning plane with hot and cold breakfast available."

Room was better than adequate but not exceptional. Hot breakfast starting at 4:00 AM which is exceptional and necessary for those of us who had to be at the airport by 5:00 AM. Nice quiet neighbors.

The bed was way too soft for me.

This hotel lets you leave your car in their parking lot for a daily fee. I was unsure of my return date, so the clerk told me it would be no problem to refund if I came back early. Well... I came back a couple days early and I also discovered that in her calculations, she had charged me for the nights I was already staying there. So an overage of 4 nights. Do you think I could get this refunded?! I talked to 3 people, 2 of them in person, and called the following day. Always an excuse and empty promises. I've stayed there over several years, but I won't stay there again! Their dishonesty cost them a loyal customer.

My first room, the sink wouldn’t drain. They moved me to a second room & the TV wouldn’t work, I finally just settled. Didn’t want to move again.

Them checking the rooms to make sure everything worked as it should.

I booked a double room, the hotel and we showed a single room. They said they couldn’t fix it and I just needed to call the hotels.com after midnight and by the way, there is no elevator to the second floor.

"Weird Experience "

The bed sheets were very wrinkled, and the person working behind the desk barely spoke English and was acting very weird... he didn't want me to put my card in the chip reader so he could swipe it. was sketched out to say the least
