"I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!"

THE LOCATION WAS CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING AND WE WERE ABLE TO WALK EVERYWHERE MOSTLY. THE HAPPY HOUR DRINKS WERE A GREAT ADDITION. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND TIDY.

THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS WEREN'T GREAT AND THE HAPPY HOUR "APPETIZERS" WERE NOT REALLY APPETIZERS, JUST STALE CHIPS AND DIP AND LIKE A TRAIL MIX.

"Bel emplacement pour visiter Chicago"

Emplacement de l'hôtel, proximité des sites incontournables à faire. 4 ascenseurs rapides. Très bon petit déjeuner, embarras du choix.

Douche trop petite. Chambre un peu défraîchie. Bruyant côté rue mais on est en ville.. Il faudrait plusieurs grille-pain. Coût du parking élevé.

"Not the one"

The room we booked had been given away so they gave us a lesser room. They did not give us our complementary water and would not give it to us. The breakfast food is meh, the happy hour is meh. The scrambled eggs were undercooked and watery. The pool is freezing. The parking is trash. There wasn't much that we did like about this hotel.

The hotel and staff was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plus!

PARKING!!! Staying at the hotel and having to pay 80 dollars a night was a bit expensive, with the rising prices of gas and everything else going

Excellent clean hotel in Centre of Chicago

Charged for car parking when did not have a car Reception staff did not seem to care, attitude being it’s one of those things and took no responsibility for the mistake Asked to speak to the manager told the receptionist was the manager Complaint very badly handled
