"Schöne Unterkuft, sehr zentral"

Die Lage war perfekt! Die Unterkunft liegt in Mitten der Altstadt, alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Der Vermieter hat uns früher in die Unterkunft gelassen und war sehr nett.

Toplocatie! Enorm goed gelegen!

De communicatie verliep niet vlot. We hadden doorgegeven vroeger aan te komen, ze stuurde ook via een WhatsApp-bericht dat ze dit wisten en we hadden de codes doorgekregen om binnen te gaan. Toen we aankwamen vonden we een heel vuile kamer van de vorige mensen die er verbleven. Toen ik via whatsapp een bericht terug stuurde zeiden ze dat het pas vanaf 15u inchecken is dus dat dat normaal is dat het nog niet in orde is. Begrijpelijk, maar geef ons dan niet de indruk dat vroeger aankomen oke is. Ze gingen ons een bericht sturen vanaf de kamer klaar was. Dit hebben ze niet gedaan. Jammer. Ook tijdens ons verblijf werden de kamers niet proper gemaakt en werden er geen nieuwe handdoeken gegeven. Er was ook niets van zeep enzo aanwezig, wat normaal standaard dingen zijn. De kamer was ook veel kleiner dan we verwachtte.
