"HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY. BUGS BUGS BUGS"

Do not stay there.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The first room we were given smelled strongly of smoke. When we asked to switch rooms, the second room had stains all over the bed, which was completely unacceptable. We were then moved to a third room, and unbelievably, there were bugs on the bed. At that point, we requested a refund because the conditions were so poor. We were told the request would be processed, but we still have not received the refund. The only update we’ve gotten is that they are going to “escalate it.” This was a horrendous experience from start to finish. Between the unsanitary rooms and the lack of follow-through on the refund, we would absolutely not recommend staying here.
