La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Holland

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed, very clean.

Although near an Interstate there was no noise. Using "the Google lady" proved confusing, owing to the odd access route to the hotel. The bed was good, as were the curtain and blind, and the closet. The bathroom lighting was not good, such as no ceiling light at all. The breakfast was nice and the lady staffing that was so kind both mornings.

I'm very familiar with this area and was shocked to see that this level of hotel was there. All of the hotels in that area had went downstream over the years. Apparently this hotel went through extensive renovations and it looks great! The lobby is very big and impressive. Plenty of seating. The staff that welcomed us at the front desk were great and efficient. The elevators are a little rickety, but they work. The rooms were nicely put together and modern, especially the bathroom. We extra counter space where the fridge and microwave was. The beds were comfortable and were a true queen size. Our window had a large crack in it held together with clear tape. Other tjan that, no issues. The hot breakfast was decent, but it was weird that you could've take food to your room. They expext you to eat all foods, even take-out, downstairs in the eating area. I rate this hotel a 4 out 5 and would definitely come back!

The breakfast was horrid.

LOVE the upgrades! My ONLY concern is that you don’t designate ONE floor to accommodate guests with pets. I could tell a dog had been in the room because of the smell. Which brings me to believe had I asked to be switched to another room how do I know I wouldn’t have encountered the same issue. It’s only fair. And thank GOD I don’t have pet allergies.

I love how quick and easy it was to check in and also how nice and neat it was I will be coming back soon I love it also the morning breakfast is excellent and the fact it has an pool I love everything
