It’s super convenient to everything , just short walk . Friendly staff ! They were quick to fix the issue within my stay when talking with them ! Would go again over and over

That it wasn’t cleaned properly this time around or that the shower turned into a tub cause it was clogged it was fully booked or I would have asked for a different room

Helpful friendly staff, great location. Comfortable rooms and beds.

We had to leave early for the airport so couldn't get breakfast and there was no to-go option. Many planes leave early from Halifax, so this is a bit of a bummer. Our room was near the elevators and very noisy. Price fairly high.

"Mother's Day brunch -"

We went for the Mother's Day brunch. We arrived to discover that the elevator was broken in the parkade and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the main level. There were 6 of us seniors with mobility issues so we were unable to get to the main floor. We had to get back in the car, get dropped off on the main level and have someone park our car for us. The buffet was mediocre. There were limited desserts, the bread was 2 rooms away from where the main brunch was served and honestly it was grossly overpriced. At the very least the hotel could have done was notify us about the elevator before entering the parkade. Also, we book 13 2 months prior to the date. We called the day after and they would not let us cancel 1 booking. Not good to do business with!
