"It was okay"

There was a dog barking across the hall the whole night. I wasn’t aware big dogs were allowed there and to be put right across the hall from a loud barking dog was not cool.

"It was our first time staying at The Prince George. We’ll definitely be back!"

We loved the location as it’s right downtown and walkable to everything, even in the rain. We were in Halifax to go to the Neptune theatre to see a show and the location was fabulous.

We would have liked a microwave and hair dryer in-room.

The room was very comfortable with lots of space. We enjoyed that there was a proper sitting area, not just a bed. We also liked that they had coffee available in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked.

We were looking forward to trying the restaurant, only to find out it is closed on Sundays.

"Great hockey weekend!"

Perfect location in the heart of downtown, but with easy underground parking. A bit noisy on the weekend with many bars and Roger’s Centre just outside, but not intolerable. Beautiful and classy interior, welcoming easygoing staff, great gym and nice pool. The room was a good size with comfortable beds, good lighting, handy mini-bar area with fridge and well-equipped bathroom. Everything was spotless! We got a great group rate with our hockey team and will definitely stay again next season!
