Dusche war kaput.und die zimmer waren die ecken

Het bed was niet comfortabel in het midden door gezakt. Verder is het prima hotel

Ailecek 4 gece kaldık.Konumu,odalar ,kahvaltı güzeldi.Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Özellikle Kemeraltı,konak ve metroya yakınlığı da tatil konforumuzu artırdı.

Fiyat performans yeri gayet memnun kaldık

The air conditioning in our room was barely working. It’s 40 degrees outside and we’re traveling with a baby. We asked them to change our room but they didn’t accept. I asked for a fan they said the AC is fine! My son got dehydrated and sick during the night. Next day I told them to either change the room or I leave, they said they are fully booked. So I hot another hotel. When checking out they said oh we can change the room!!! There was black mold in the AC filter and bathroom.

The AC in the room didn’t work. The bathroom has mold. The staff arw very rude and lied to us.

Bir gecelik Dinlenme açısından tercih ederek geldik odaya odası aşırı ferahtı bize sigara konusunda balkonlu oda verildi temizlik konusundada aşırı aşırı iyidi dolabın içinde mini bar olması çok güzeldi banyo tuvalet olarak geniş ve temizlik konusunda 10/10 idi biz bayıldık resepsiyondaki beyfendiler de yardımcı güler yüzlü ve ilgi açısından müşterilere önem veriyorlar yine tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel oldu

Very good budget hotel for a quick stay. Walking distance to the good attractions. Floors were dirty but the room was clean otherwise. I found the area safe and lively. Pleasant staff.

Gündüz çalışan personelinize teşekkür ediyorum özellikle.. güler yüzlüydu ve saygılıydi. Yatagimiz biraz çökmüştu ama genede hersey cok güzeldi teşekkürler
