Lovely rooms with fabulous views overlooking Minori on the coast. Very clean and decent balcony. Complimentary water/snacks. Breakfast bit of a letdown and served in he room

Lovely location/views. Room was very clean and happy with the facilities! We had a transfer to the local restaurant which we'd recommend to other guests.

Stunning location with beautiful views! Super spacious rooms and great amenities. Helpful and very communicative hosts. Lovely, extensive breakfast. Loved visiting the pottery shop and family restaurant.

I had written beforehand explaining that we were there for my 50th birthday, so it would have been nice with a “Happy Birthday” or on a card in the room. We had booked the Area Relax for 6pm, but when we came there in our bathing clothes it was locked and closed. It had to be heated up for half an hour, so we had to wait and ended up being late for our dinner. I had then booked the breakfast to be served on our terrace, but despite reminding the staff in the morning, it was still served in the restaurant. Little things like that matter, and would have been easy for you to fix. We were there in March, and the outdoor pool was empty. It would have been good to know also.

Personale gentilissimo, sempre premurosi, dall'arrivo alla colazione. Camera pulitissima

Posizione comoda e centrale, parcheggio in struttura che in un contesto come Ravello è un plus molto molto importante. Camere pulitissime, luminose, bella terrazza, vista sublime, bagno spazioso. Jennifer molto gentile e disponibile.

Camera un po' piccola per essere definita una junior suite, per me è una matrimoniale superior. La colazione buona ma mancano i prodotti del territorio! In un posto del genere mi aspetto una fetta di torta caprese, uno yogurt di bufala, una mozzarella di bufala, un salume locale. È un peccato servire prodotti anonimi e la qualità del salato va migliorata. Abbiamo fatto colazione in 3 con 2 sole sedie, il vassoio dovrebbe essere poggiato dal personale sul tavolino anziché passato sulla soglia della camera all' ospite (ammenochè l'ospite non lo chieda). In bagno bene i prodotti per la pulizia personale e l' asciugacapelli di buona qualità ma aggiungerei una cuffietta per I capelli che serve alle signore. Occhio ai ristoranti consigliati, quello consigliatoci all' arrivo era deludente.
