"I only came to shower and sleep"

The room was clean and well organized. had a poolside view,

i did not like that the staff did not change the bed sheets every day. i had to empty the trash can. THE BIGGEST THING I DID NOT LIKE IS THE FACT THAT THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND I (WE) COULD NOT SWIM IN IT.

Great rate, Central location and seemed like or at least felt safe. The guy who ran the front desk was very friendly.

They charged me and asked inappropriate (possibly illegal) questions about our service dog, implying he was an emotional support animal despite me explicitly stating we have a service dog to deal with a medical condition. They asked for a license which isn't a thing. He wasn't aggressive or mean but paid some BS fee just to end the conversation and not have to get into intricacies of a medical condition with a stranger. Also, there was a cockroach in the room which we saw under the tv just as we were going to sleep so didn't exactly sleep well after that.
