I've been staying here for a few days and would like to commend the front desk for their incredibly fast check-in process. I’d also like to specifically mention the excellent service provided by the concierge, Brandon. From the moment I stepped through the door, he helped with my luggage, and his attentive service never wavered throughout my stay. I truly feel this is what a hotel concierge should be like—it’s not just about assisting at check-in and then forgetting about the guests afterward. This was really impressive. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time. Niceeeee!

Unforgettable stay in hangzhou Just checked out from the Hangzhou Kempinski, and I’ve gotta say, their Concierge team is LEGIT. Super helpful and always smiling! They booked me hard-to-get restaurant tables, gave perfect local tips you won’t find in any guidebook, and just made everything so easy. The hotel itself? Stunning. Right by the Grand Canal, with these peaceful garden views that make you forget you’re in the heart of the city. Perfect mix of luxury and calm. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski and enjoyed everything. We stayed in executive room with a nice view and everything was great! I got a delicious cake and flowers for my birthday, it was a lovely surprise. The location of the hotel is very nice and it's close to a historic street. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
