Todo atendimento do hotel foi realizado com presteza, empatia e gentileza. Apenas considero alguns itens que poderiam ser melhorados: - tipo e qualidade do sabonete e shampoo; - decoração do quarto antiga; - sistema de ligar e apagar as luzes no quarto não inteligente. A entrada do hotel possui alguns degraus, então se sua mala for grande terá dificuldades. Eu consegui pq já estava preparada psicologicamente. Depois há elevador para os quartos. Localização é EXCELENTE

The room was a good size and very reasonably priced. Was a bit noisy at night. Location was great with easy walking to Plaza Nuevo and the main church.
