Super Inn Williamsburg

This hotel is not what I expected to be like. The ceilings and walls are stained up and dirty. There are holes behind the floor trim with the trim peeling off. The door has a big gap/hole at the bottom. Bed comforter has cigarette holes in them and in the chairs. I don’t understand how this place became sooo run down and in bad condition. My room has 4 lamps but only 2 work. The smell of the room when you first walk in is like what type of place is this. I can keep going on and on about more stuff! If you are in a tight budget and really need somewhere to stay like almost emergency situation, then okay this would be the place to go. Only come here for emergency that’s all I have to say… I will not come here again! Especially not with my kids… no way!

Roaches in the bathroom. WiFi didn’t work no hot water bathroom sink was busted elevator was broken

Not good at all. Hotel staff is rude and it’s very unclean and not safe location and train is super loud. Have the lights didn’t work. Will never stay again!

Price

Did not have any warm or hot water in the morning; Manager’s response was I didn’t know how to turn on hot water and refused partial refund. At night, there was luke-warm water, but it never got hot enough to take a bath. You were unable to completely shut off shower head, so if you tried to bathe, you were also showered on. The bedspread was badly stained The room smelled bad. The refrigerator was not plugged in, and when you plugged it in, it did not run. Microwave in poor condition but did not attempt to use. The elevator does not work. The manager is rude and treats you like you’re stupid. Tried to show me how to get hot water after I was dressed. I’m 61 years old I’ve traveled extensively, I’ve owned several homes and I know how hot water diversion works in hotels. I let it run for 10 minutes. No hot water. I adjusted both knobs and turned hot water all the way and also tried and different intervals. There was just no hot water. Other guests complained also. The main problem is the manager. He will not listen or try to change things. Without new management there is no hope for this hotel.

Nice staff when I arrived late

The room smelled like smoke. I asked for.a non smoking room. The shirts were dirty. One quilt had a cigarette stain. The bed was comfortable but dirty I wanted a refund
