Dog friendly- but super clean! I never saw any evidence of dogs other than the dog!

Parking was kind of a hassle

Left messages on 2/2, 2/5, 2/11, 2/13, 2/19, 2/23 with the operator and on their voicemail box. Operator promised someone would call me. No one ever did.

Hot tub was too chemically treated and bleached our swimsuits.

Comfortable rooms with beautiful views

WiFi was a bit shaky and complimentary drinks weren’t offered upon arrival like stated as some of the perks.

Incredible views of SanDiego and the bay. Great restaurants. Super comfortable bed. The staff (Especially Cindy at the front desk) were super nice and gave us an upgraded room that was incredible. Easy to get around the hotel and nice shuttle into the village. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and nice too.

Nothing to complain about. We loved our stay.

This is a lovely hotel removed from the business of the town of Coronado. Nice room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom in our bay-view room.

Tub should be removed from bathrooms and replaced with a larger tile shower. Bathroom should be remodeled entirely. Rooms need deep cleaning + paint to maintain a fresh, clean appearance. Drain in our bathroom was clogged and slow. Air conditioner did not cool the room adequately. We sweated every night even though putting thermostat on 64. A/C may need Freon. Baseboards need scrubbed and mattresses need updated. Mattress and pillows were not adequate. Hallway was noisy and walls are thin. Noise at various times during the night and day. Shuttle is a nice addition but nothing is close by for walking or shopping. Our view was a black van parked outside our balcony and not what we thought it would be as “marina view”.. and balcony chairs were dirty and uninviting.

This hotel is amazing at Christmas time. this was our 5th year coming to this hotel at this time and we will definitely be back. The decor is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. All the details made the trip extra special. Welcome drinks and cookies for the kiddos- such a sweet treat. We had a beautiful bay suite that exceeded our expectations.

Would have loved more food options. As we were here for a soccer tournament we often were eating at non mealtimes at the bar. Wish there were more options especially for kids.

The customer service Jade provided was way beyond our expectations. She was excited to learn that it was our first vacation together in over 20 years, ( due to being parents and o ly doing family vacations) she was so happy for us. Even though we could not afford to stay longer. Jade still made our experience the absolute best, we couldn't ask for better. If we ever get to go back, we hope to see Jade again. The view we had was so perfect, I mentioned to Jade that I love the sunrise and sunsets so she found us a room so I could see the sun come up it was breath taking to see. Thank you Jade from the bottom of our hearts.
