"Top Lage aber mangelnde Sauberkeit und Ruhe!"

Die Lage ist super zentral am Ocean Drive und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer selbst ist modern und schön eingerichtet (bis auf das Bad).

Sehr dreckig, vor allem das Bad (Haare, Kalk, Staub etc.). Es liefen Kakerlaken durchs Zimmer. Es ist leider sehr laut und man kann das Zimmer nicht gut abdunkeln.

"The Perfect Post-Cruise Refresh!"

Our day room at the Waldorf Towers South Beach was the perfect way to wrap up our cruise vacation while waiting for our flight out of Miami. After disembarking, having a dedicated "home base" for the day made all the difference. The room was spotless and very comfortable, providing a much-needed space to relax. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to Oscar, who was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond by helping us manage our heavy luggage and sharing excellent local advice on where to explore in the neighborhood. If you have a late flight after a cruise, I highly recommend booking a day room here. It turned a potentially long wait at the airport into a relaxing extension of our vacation!

"Waldorf Towers Stay....."

Location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Right outside the hotel to us Icon eatery was the most famous, they attracted more ppl.

You have to use one of your room key to keep the AC or lights on. One of the male front desk was a little rude when we had a little battery issue with our safe in our room. He was a little irritated because he had to change the battery....
