Waldorf Towers South Beach

Fun hotel on South beach. Oscar at reception was very accommodating and helped us out in figuring out parking and restaurants to check out in the area. Would stay here again !

Room was bright and the ceiling fan with light a great bonus. Large refrigerator helpful. Plug ins by bed included usb c. Nice view of beach.

Quite noisy all night but it was a big party night with Saturday of Memorial Day weekend

Modern rooms and great staff. The staff helped us with great food options and things to see. They were also very attentive to our needs. The room was clean and no problems with noise level. It is an older building that has been refurbished.

I can't remember his name but the young man that checked me in was so kind, helpful and professional. The service he provided alone was top notch. We need more people like him in service positions.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Waldorf Towers hotel. From our first step in the lobby we could tell that this place was for us. The decor was outstanding. We stayed in a corner suite with an invredible view overlooking South Beach. Just like the lobby, the room looked fantastic. It was clean and very comfortable. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle outside, the room was surpisingly quiet, which was great. Upon checkout we spoke to Oscar at reception, who I’d like to give a big shout out to. He was very helpful, from storing our luggage, providing extra waters for our day in the Miami sun, and giving some great tips for the area. Oscar was very friendly and is a credit to the hotel. If we are back in the area this hotel will definitely be at the top of our list.

Nossa experiência no Waldorf Towers South Beach foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde o momento da nossa chegada fomos muito bem recebidos por toda a equipe, especialmente pelo Oscar, que além de extremamente educado e atencioso, também é brasileiro, o que tornou tudo ainda mais acolhedor para nós. Ele nos ajudou em vários momentos com muita simpatia e fez toda diferença na nossa estadia. Também gostaríamos de agradecer ao Senhor Carl, que foi muito solícito, gentil e sempre disposto a ajudar no que precisávamos. É muito bom encontrar profissionais que realmente fazem os hóspedes se sentirem bem-vindos. A localização do hotel é excelente, o ambiente é agradável e tivemos uma experiência incrível em Miami. Nós amamos nossa estadia e com certeza voltaremos! Muito obrigada a toda equipe pelo carinho e atenção conosco.

Klimatyzacja ustawiona tylko on/off, jeśli była włączona to było bardzo zimno w pokoju a nie dało się regulować temperatury.

Great experience. Room was clean and fresh. The food outside was convenient and delicious.
