The staff are super friendly and helpful, ensuring that checkin is easy and there is always someone around to help you if needed.

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, with rooms cleaned daily, but not cleaned very well. This extends to the common areas, which look a bit tired and need a good clean.

Staff were wonderful and extremely responsive.

It is nice to have a pool, I just think it needs to be cleaned more regularly as the trees are over the top. I am being picky though.

"한번쯤은 숙박해볼만한 좋은 호텔"

아침식사는 이것저것 다 먹어봤는데 평균 이상은 하는 맛이라 대체적으로 만족했습니다. 이정도면 나이스하다고 볼 수 있죠. 방은 운좋게도 3층을 얻었는데 의외로 뷰가 좋았습니다. 방도 넓직한 편이고 청소 상태도 깔끔합니다. 방음 문제도 따로 느껴본 적은 없네요. 가성비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 그리고 룸서비스로 세탁서비스를 이용했는데 저희 옷을 세탁하는 과정에서 저희 옷이 이염되어 변색하는 문제가 발생했습니다. 하필이면 아끼는 옷이어서 마음이 속상했지만 세탁소는 잘못을 인정하지 않았어요. 호텔측에서는 사과의 의미로 비용을 청구하지 않고 서비스로 처리해주셨습니다. 사고는 있었지만 묘하게 정감가는 호텔입니다. 다음에도 숙박할 의향은 있습니다.

가성비가 좋은 이유는 위치가 좀 애매하기 때문입니다. 호텔이 약간 외진데 있어서 여기저기 싸돌아 다니기에는 적합하지 않을 수도 있습니다. 그리고 이렇게 약간 변경에 있는 호텔들의 문제가 모기가 많습니다. 본인이 좀 모기한테 인기가 많은 피를 보유하고 있다면 조심하시는게 좋습니다. 근데 모기 문제는 인도네시아에선 피하기 힘든 문제라 그건 감안하셔야 합니다. 적어도 객실안에는 모기는 잘없고 개미는 잘 본적이 없어서 관리 자체는 잘하시는 것 같아요. 그리고 알게모르게 화장실에 있는 좌변기 비데가 수압 문제인지 제대로 작동안될 때가 가끔 있었습니다.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

Nothing. It was a waste of time and money. Donta stay here.

Worst hotel in Bali, AVOID IT AT ALL COST. Don't book you will waste your money, it an old run-down hotel with broken beds. I won't stay even if i get it for free. I booked for 3 nights, stayed one night with sore back and left the next morning.
