Staff was nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were ok.

The building looked run down outside. Many lights in the hallways were out. The heater was extremely loud and couldn’t be turned off once started.

DO NOT BOOK THIS "HOTEL." Wyndham should be ASHAMED of themselves for even having this place open. Do not bee fooled by the photos on their website---- NONE of them are even close to accurate. The hotel lobby is dark, dirty and uninviting. The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms have mold everywhere and the AC/Heating was sold disgusting looking I refused to even turn it on. The two times I was out in the lobby, police were there- which was disconcerting at best. The "grab and go breakfast" was coffee and Little Debbies in a basket. In a dark, empty room. They state there is a restaurant and room service which is not true. There is also no elevator- flights of steps lead you to the upper floors. At 645 I was awakened by some horrible screeching sound that lasted for 4 minutes- like a cart that was being torn apart at the seams. All night long the person in the room above me sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping weights. It stopped around 2:00am and started again by 8:00am. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I intend to call Wyndham as well- this was more like a seedy trucking motel than anything close to what one would expect from even a mid range Days Inn. You get what you pay for- but in this case, you get even less than that.

If you're looking for a quiet place with nice staff and a clean bed for a couple of nights, this will work. If you expect a minimum standard of upkeep, you'll be disappointed. Pros: Quiet facility, friendly staff, well lit parking, proximity to WWU, hot water, decent water pressure, the bed was comfortable, the linens are alright. Cons: Very dated, many things are in various states of disrepair (room lock, dripping faucet, hot/cold temp control in the shower spins without engaging), dirty (splatters on the walls, scuffs all over walls, mold in the tile grout), dated a/c-heating unit, no do not disturb signs, pretty bad wifi.

Our stay was terrible! The room was dirty, the sheets and curtains were torn, the paint was chipped everywhere, there were no cups for water, tissue in the tissue boxes, half of the lights didn’t light up, the hotel had a musty gross smell in the halls and in our room, the carpets were stained, the bathroom floor was not clean and more. The guy who checked us in was nice enough, and that is the ONLY nice thing I can say about this place.

*** ADVISORY*** Do not be fooled by promo pics of this place. Wyndam should be embarrassed to have this property under their name. We were lucky to get out alive!!! First off, we booked this hotel to relax and enjoy the pool. Nope... the water was covered in green slime, hadn’t been maintained for months. The lobby and entrance were filthy and run down, there was no sitting area, no computer and no breakfast of any kind. (Other than some old coffee and cherry pie in a box) The hallway to the room was dingy and unkept. (reminiscent of an old rundown school hallway). The room was smelly, the air conditioner had no knobs and barely cooled the room at the setting it was on. The bathroom was unfinished, had bugs flying around in it, and the bathtub was stained. We couldn’t have showered if we wanted as there was no hot water, dirty towels and no hair conditioner. There was no parking in the front, and the back parking lot was filled with vagrant people, empty beer cases, people sleeping in their cars and questionable women leaned into the driver’s side of trucks. The access to back parking lot was filled with urine. In all my years of traveling and booking accommodation, this was by far the most disappointing, disgusting and unsafe hotel, and still charged $150.00 for one night’s accommodation. ***STAY AWAY if you want to live***

It was the grosses hotel I have ever stayed in. If there was a alternative I would have moved elsewhere 😕😞

The smell, the room was tore up and discussing. Pee all around the base of toilet, door was tore up. Tiles coming off and the wall were there was mold around the tub and the tub itself was peeling literally 😭😭😷😷 it was by far a horrible experience and it was under all ready extremely emotional time. I was having my spouse funeral in his home town!!!!

Hotel was very tired looking as if it was soon to close.
