Location was fine.

The hotel including our room was dirty. Maids had brooms but not mops. Bathroom floor was sticky. Linens were worn and dingy. The Lobby bathroom looked like there were blood drips on the floor. Grounds have not been properly maintained and the entrance area was very slippery - it had been raining but no rugs to help reduce the slipperiness. The manager mentioned 3 times how difficult it was to process separate payments (2) to pay for our room and that we were leaving a day early. We were not asking for a credit for that evening - we just wanted to split the cost of the room and leave.

Hotel needs updating, breakfast quality poor, many doorways damaged and furniture old and damaged . This is not the Hampton quality it should be

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The only downside was the price for a small dog to stay was about $70 for 1 night. We did not see when when booking and caught us by surprise.
