"If I could choose I would stay somewhere else frankly"

Didn’t have bfast…the only good thing if this hotel was its location

The hotel is really shouting for a redo…it’s really worn out ..the furniture in the room is cracked and worn out, the bed mattress was old - and super worn out so soft had lumps in it and they dndnt have another one to change it and the staff at the reception were very cold in general ( even when we arrived, there were hardly any people around they still had us waiting to be attended and were speaking amongst themselves for more than 10 minutes. Not professional at all.
