It was clean and welcoming.

The front desk receptionist turned me, my 92 y/o mother and sister b/c he could not find my Booking.com in the system., even though i showed him my confirmed reservation. He was very dismissive and not empathetic to our issue. So frustrating. Since we were in town for a graduation there were no other rooms available. Had to return home, a 3 hr drive, 6 hour drive round trip. Missed a once in a life time event for my family.

Convenient, good restaurants nearby.

Not the fault of the staff, but noisy due to highway and bus loads of children staying there (sports teams? Dunno. But they were loud).
