With family of two we were given a single queen bed instead of a King or two queen beds, when I asked the Manager he said there are no beds available and refund cannot be made since I booked through Booking.com. I wish I had not booked through Booking.com and instead rewrote room by calling the facility directly.

I had to extend my stay. The manager was able to keep me in the same room for the right price. Everything about the room and the place was great. I didn't try the breakfast, but even the toilet tissue was 2-ply, not the single ply that can actually hurt sometimes.

When I went to the desk to try to extend my stay around 4 pm, the worker told me that he couldn't keep me in the same room and that I would have to check out and go into another room. Check out is 11 am, check in is at 3 pm. After he thought about it for a while, he told me to come back after 7 am and talk to the manager. Resolved.

You have to improve your breakfast serving standards Lots of inadequacy you could offer better variety of foods one expects to have a complete meal being the only and once served
