The room was Sub uncomplimentary . The pictures on line look nice but the rooms are terrible. Not very clean, tiles in bathroom dirty. Towels are grayish in colour. When you have a shower, the tub fills with water. The pillows are little balls of nothing. They need to be thrown out. Staff didn't come in to make our bed or clean bathroom. Elevators were dirty . I would give this hotel a 1 star

The bathroom ws not clean. I ended up cleaning off the sticky blobs on the counter. The bedroom window had a massive crack from top to bottom, the "desk" was higher than normal and the cahir would not go higher so ended up having to stand to do my work. Tub was slow draining

It was close to the hospital. I had to take an emergency trip into Sudbury.

The room was a little noisy. Being close to the lobby, slamming doors, people talking.
