The room was clean and staff was great.

Not enough plug ins. The only ones near the bed, were actually behind the bed and used. So maybe more options to plug your phone in on night stand. Bathroom fan did not work.

Location was great for what we went to Sudbury for

The pool was very dirty. The floor in pool area hasn't been cleaned in a very very long time. The tub in the bathroom was also dirty before anyone used it.
