carpets are old and dingy. cleanliness is not great. was not told that I wouldn't get choice points at the rate I'd booked online. don't get a groundfloor room..but I'm 73..have arthritis..lugging stuff up the stairs wasn't easy.

Rooms need updates, ours had multiple spits ripped in wallpaper, beds are uncomfortable, and breakfast is lacking.
