Mystic Ridge Paradise

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Charmaine was a very attentive host, she checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well.

No real negatives, there are a few steps up to the apartment and no lift. However staff were on hand to help with luggage up and down.

We had a very good time here. Place is nice and clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with and provided all necessary information before our arrival. Apartment is cozy and includes all the amenities and things you need.

This was my family and I first visit to Jamaica. Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place. Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver. When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

Nothing to dislike! Our stay was too short.

The location was perfect, close proximity to everything needed for a memorable holiday. Utmost respect for Charmaine the Host, who communicated professionally from day one. Checked during our stay to make sure everything was ok, and gave relevant information to further enhance our trips out. I love the serenity. I enjoyed the view and the walk from the bottom of the hill, where there is a water fall, tucked in a secluded area. Very interesting history.

I cannot think of anything. Even after almost 3 weeks of checking out. All i can think about, is my next stay there. There is nothing to not like about the apartment.
