Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton West

The included breakfast was basic but adequate. Room cleanliness and comfort was adequate for our two night stay.

The heat/air conditioning (in our room) was not functional. Our concern was made known to the hotel which did offer to change our room. This was not possible due to our schedule. The TV was almost useless as the guide of channels was, for most channels NOT showing the expected program.

1. No bathroom in lobby 2. Breakfast very unorganized and empty 3. Pool area very dirty 4. Hot tub out of order 5. Had to move rooms due to smell in first room 6. No ice machine except in the lobby

Loved the pool and water slide.. breakfast and was close to everything. Also they have a cute little corner to buy goodies for you and your fur friends in case you forget something !!

The pool was cold, breakfast was meh and had to wait for coffee to brew (long line of people and they should have had an extra carafe going ) . Also the shower pressure sucked.

The staff was friendly

It was dirty, it smelled really bad

Location was easy to access. Thats about the only good thing.

Breakfast was non existent unless you like rock hard bagles. Rooms are dirty and uncomfortable I had to ask for a new room key several times because thr lock didnt work. The staff didnt know prices of their own confectionary and couldnt tell me how much anything costs. Worst stay ever. I will not be rebooting herr again.
