"A Bit Dated"

The hotel could use an update as it feels a bit dated. The showers are definitely not designed for people of above average size as only the lower half of my body got wet. Bed was a little firm but that wasn’t a problem. The pillows were the big problem. You only get 3 for a queen bed and they had no extras. It doesn’t seem very customer service to o lmly have enough pillows for the rooms and not have extras I. The back when asked. Wifi worked really well and from what was seen the breakfast was nice. Did not have breakfast as we were going out right away but we checked in on it. We were there for two nights but only got Breakfast Vouchers for the first morning. Maybe it’s policy that day of check-out you don’t get a voucher. Overall the stay was fine for a couple nights. I would not stay here for a long term stay as o wouldn’t get much sleep due to the flatness of the pillows and firmness of the mattress.

Crowding at pool..maybe post simple rules of usage to pool in larger font..make more visible..

Crowding at breakfast..tv didn't work as great..plug in to wall didn't hold chargers properly.. maybe have more than 2 wafflers as it seems they are a hit over other regular items served..

"Stay at your own risk"

Hotel is on a good location

I’ve stayed here a couple times in the past and the facilities keep getting run down. Airconditions not working properly, holes and rips in carpets, elevator dirty/not clean, breakfast room way too small, shower doesn’t work properly and the hallways are starting to have mouldy smells.

"Would of been better stay.If I was allowed to use my Wyndham points.."

We did not have breakfast...There was no breakfast left...very crowded..

I am Wyndham member...I thought I would pay $87.00 with my 30% off..with my points...I payed 137.00 ..last time I stayed at that location..I payed 107.00.. Iam confused..at the hotel they have a sign that states Wyndham points... However, when I arrived they stated they do not do Wyndham points..
