Mercure Brisbane King George Square

Out of the 3 lifts, only 1 was working. At one point there were no lifts working. As we were on the 10th floor, with an elderly family member who cant do stairs, we were effectively stuck on our room for the night. Management need to prioritise maintainence of lifts and hire more staff. The staff were wonderful, trying their best to appease unhappy customers.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, and room was good value for money. Location cannot be beat. The only drawback (and this is for people with mobility issues or wheelchairs) was that the accessible room door was heavy (good for soundproofing) and was difficult to open while using a wheelchair or other mobility devices.

Good hotel, excellent location, interior should be upgrade as it seems a bit dated, old smell, otherwise all good.

Property was outdated and tired. Not as nice of a property as we were expecting. Also very confusing that the property is branded with another hotel name.

T&B on the small size Also, position of soap tray on the shower wall is unsafe

Rooms were lovely and staff were lovely and helpful.
