Very great service, central location. Lots of food restaurants in the lobby. Easy to get a taxi from that hotel. Employees that work there are able to speak English. Alsooo, the gym is amazing! All the equipment needed. Try to get the executive room so you can enjoy, complementary Tea time and complementary happy hour.

When we checked in, the room we were assigned was a non-smoking room on non-smoking floor. However, the last tenants likely smoked heavily and the room was full of smell when we stepped in. After talking to the hotel staff, they immediately arranged for another room on a higher floor for us with their staff ensured us satisfied with the room before leaving us. The room had just set up with an extra bed (likely the room was preassigned for additional guest in the room) but the cleaner lady was happy to remove it for us and did not show any unpleasant attitude. It made us feel sorry for her but we’re grateful with their good service. We appreciate how attentive and helpful their staff are. They even helped bring up a courier delivery to our room instead of we collected it from the concierge. The cleaner gave us extra bottles of water everyday but another cleaner we asked for bottled water before our room was cleaned questioned us for our room number and did not look happy for our request and seemed to reduce the water bottles supply when she cleaned our room later! Also, the hotel location is convenient with 2 underground stations nearby and easily connected to other places. There are quite a lot of yummy eateries and convenient stores around. Pversll, the hotel room is clean and spacious although some carpentry facilities in the toilet look old and the drawer was not easily opened and need further maintenance.

I had troubles in the elevators for days. LED turns on green with cards but floor number buttons hardly respond. This happened in different elevators in different locations. I saw an other customer experiencing the same problem. There were 3 patterns. 1(normal): elevator moves with floor number LED on. 2(abnormal): elevator moves with LED off. 3(worst): elevator stay still. Elevator made by Hitachi.

Very good service from Aria. She is amazing. The hotel is so good value for money. We had a very good time.

We mostly enjoyed the time (12 days) in this hotel. It would be perfect stay without the last night's unpleasant experience. We stayed in Room 851 and woke up by the loud noise from the Garden on the 4th floor by 11:00PM of November 17th. My wife went down to the lobby and complained the noise level as it was late night to the receptionist. No action was taken until 12:00pm after I went down again and spoke to the Manager. We didn't think the business hour of that Garden was reasonable as it is not a Bar or Restaurant. We couldn't follow asleep until early in the morning. This is a 4 stars Hotel but the quality of service doesn't match the level of ranking.

Reasonable price, convenience and good location, nice and friendly staff.
