The breakfast was fair could be better than just a muffin or waffle in a bag. Overall by stay was great

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel from start to finish. Before we even arrived, the front desk repeatedly called me to say that if I was not there by a certain time, my reservation would be canceled. I explained multiple times that we were traveling from out of state and were approximately 3½ hours away. I provided a rough estimate of our arrival time, but as anyone traveling knows, it’s impossible to predict traffic, accidents, road construction, or other delays. Instead of being understanding, the staff came across as rude and unaccommodating. Upon arrival, I was surprised to be charged not only the room rate but also a $50 deposit. Since I booked through a third-party service, I was not clearly informed about this additional charge beforehand, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the room itself was also disappointing. It appeared that basic housekeeping had been neglected. There was visible dust throughout the room, and it honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly vacuumed in quite some time. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and this room did not meet even basic expectations. Between the rude customer service, unexpected deposit, and lack of cleanliness, this was not a pleasant experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

The room was filthy, the sheets were dirty, the walls had bugs smashed into them that were not cleaned up, when we arrived there was a kid smoking drugs on the stairs to our room. Absolutely terrible experience and will never stay there again.

Location

The smell inside the hotel room moldy and old smelling curtains, carpet, and the bedding.

There was black mold on the walls and curtains. There was stains on the sheets. Black hair on the bed and all over the bathroom. The door lock was coming off the wall.
