There was a stale smell in room and the floor and sink (hair) was dirty. There were 3 police cars blocking the parking lot and had a woman in handcuffs on top floor when we arrived and we didn't feel safe. Asked the front desk for a refund to leave and were told to contact Booking.com to approve. It was VERY late when we arrived and I refused to get on the phone at that time of night.
