The sheets were crisp and clean, TV and fridge worked, complementary shower products

Towels old and stained gray, could not get a replacement for them, random lipstick stains on pillow case and walls, some room surfaces were not clean, the furniture had seen better days. The AC worked but the buttons were gone and had to use a pen to activate them. I know it is challenging to control, but to be aware that there were rowdy and yelling guests, early in the morning.

I think rooms need microwaves

Hôtel le plus miteux que j'ai vue de toute ma vie et dieu sait que je voyage énormément, les serviettes était sale, le petit déjeuner était juste un café coupé à l'eau chaude et des gateaux industrielles. la chambre je ne parle même pas de l'état. Après franchement ça fait le job si vous passer 99% du temps à l'extérieur et que vous rentrer juste pour dormir.

Absolutely nothing, this hotel was disgusting! The health department needs to be called.

The entire property was awful. The room, “family suite” was disgusting! The room smelled of musty air. There were no clean towels, actually the stack of folders towels were used/dirty. The floor and beds were covered in sand!!! The bathroom shower smelled of sewer and had black mold along the walls. The physical condition of the room was deplorable; the door didn’t close all the way, gross walls with dirt and grim, the wiring was a mess. There were people loitering in the parking garage chain smoking. There was smoking through out the property. Absolutely never stay there, especially if you have children. This hotel should’ve closed! My husband got bite by a bug in the middle of the night.
