Holiday Inn Express Scottsdale North by IHG

The staff was very professional and welcoming.

Price was higher than one would think, with ongoing renovations.

I like it all. Our first day there they treated us with Respect. We told them about our Experience with the first hotel. It was drug Invested. I lost 265.52 on the first hotel.

Everything was OK. They Notified us when the water was going to be cut off and on. The only thing there one only one day that the Bacon was served on a Sunday. It needs to be served like on a Wednesday and Sunday. Instead of Sausage all week all. The food was fine but need some gravy and Biscuits.

Location was good

Under going renovation and we weren’t told until the day of check in, our original room wasn’t clean and we were moved to a different room temporarily and then woken up by construction noise. Later after we were moved back, housekeeping left our room door propped open and our things were left unsecured all day while we were out. The second week we were there they shut the water off between 11-3 each day with no alternatives. We also booked this hotel for the laundry capabilities and found when we arrived that the machines broken and they weren’t trying hard to get parts. I wouldn’t stay there again and they are a stain on the chains name. We’ve never experienced anything like this at a Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was good.

A dog across the hall. It smelled like fecal material.

Nothing!!!!

The place smelt like a sewer, very strong odor. They had water problems in repair, no human in their right mind would stay there. We left and got a room elsewhere, I should not be charged for the stay.

The staff was friendly and courteous the property was clean

Everything was well I have no complaints
