Howard Johnson by Wyndham Niagara Falls

It was not what was advertised. We booked it because it had very good ratings and the pictures showed a very nice hotel. When we arrived the outdoor pool was empty, someone had a U-Haul and was moving into one of the rooms, our toilet wiggled when we used it, like it wasn’t connected to the ground completely, and when we closed the door to the room there was an inch underneath we could see sunlight coming in, we could stick our fingers under it. If it had been advertised as it really is, we would never have booked it in the first place.

This venue needs the repainting of the exterior wall, the room floor needs an upgrade to add to make the room more vibrant, and the dark woods floor makes the room feel stuffy and dirty .The red bathtub unmatched to the wall painting creates a dejected feel.Bath curtains need an inner lining. Toilet seat and the sink bowl need replacement. Room needs less louder AC.Lastly the balcony floors and railing need deep retouch for pleasant feel.

Hotel restaurant food at the restaurant like breakfast is not healthy choice food.Only corn muffins and coffee.Price was higher ,not proportional, to the quality of services though staff seemed very nice.

The staff were friendly.

The bathroom smelled. Heat register was slimy. The room was dinged up and just not nice. Mattress was old.

Location was okay

I was expecting a tooth paste

Good, missed eggs and no microwave in the rooms and breakfast area

The roof in the washroom leaked and we had to clean the sink toilet and floor.

Close to gas station

Cleanliness, comfort . So disappointed I'm thinking about disputing the charge smh
