Nothing.

There were bugs in our room, there was mold on the walls and curtains. We didn’t receive a refund nor did the lady we spoke to talk to us in a good manner.

"Will not stay again, and would advise others not to stay either."

The 1st room was musty, the tv didn't work, and the smoke detector in the hallway directly outside the room was chirping, and there was a large stain on the floor that appeared to be blood. When I went downstairs to inquire about the smoke detector and tv, she gave us a new room. 2nd room was not as musty, the tv worked, and no chirping smoke detector in hallway. However, the smoke detectors in the entire building went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Very disconcerting at 3am! The room was far from clean. Hairs in the bathroom, dead bug on bathroom floor, hairs in the bed.
