"My stay was very peaceful and relaxing"

Clean. Staff friendly

I had a 1 bedroom suite the furniture was very outdated but the room had lots of space the bedroom was very roomy need to provide more towels extra covers and soap even when the hotel is full it still should be extra towels and sheets no guest should be told we have no towels or blankets available

The bed in the hot tub suite was two mattresses pushed together with a huge void inbetween makes it kind of hard to cuddle my partner, very uncomfortable

I book the hotel for the pool. I would of booked at a cheaper hotel. I live up north and come down to spend time with my kids. They wanted to go swimming. So finding out at check in that the pool isnt avalible was a huge dissapointment fir my kids escpeally durning christmas. So needless to say i heard about it for the two days we stayed there.
