"Terrible"

They closed breakfast 4 minutes before we got there and closed it off with yellow caution tape. Very rude to the kids about being closed.

The entire place was dirty. The room was dirty. The staff was rude. There were greasy finer prints all over the microwave in our room. Hair all over the bathroom sink and toilet. The bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain properly. The carpet in the room looked like it had never been vacuumed. And the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.

"the worst experience I have ever had will will not return"

the room was nice

all the kids splashing my autistic son an none of the staff doing anything kids running crazy people being loud all night after we had already said something water through out the hotel kids screaming on the top of there lungs the kids where even splashing my grandmother.
